At Cato's paving we are your one stop shop for everything regarding asphalt and concrete maintenance. No matter the service you need we have specially trained crews, specialized equipment, and high quality products to handle the job. Often times ADA upgrades require more than just concrete handicapped ramps. Other required items may include handicap asphalt ramps or parking lot grade issues, truncated domes, stall & entry signs, as well as ADA striping requirements. We can remove and replace all ADA signs in your parking lot, install new signs and poles, and stripe all the blues as needed per ADA codes.

14 years ago I installed an asphalt driveway at my house. After all this time I've never maintained it and my driveway lost it's nice black color and developed a few minor cracks. It was time to fix the driveway before I needed more costly repairs. After checking online for highly rated companies, I got a few quotes for filling the cracks and sealing the driveway. We hired Cato’s to resurface and restripe our commercial building parking lot. Price was very affordable, and they did a fantastic job and were very professional and polite. It did not matter whom we spoke to as the entire crew was very respectful. Six months after the job was completed, we noticed a small hump pushing up on the asphalt. We were in the middle of an ADA lawsuit and was so overwhelmed with everything in the midst of the pandemic. The first contractor we hired claim to have fixed everything, but we failed the inspection. We then hired Ricardo to help us lay down the concrete on our property so it would be ADA compliant. I couldn't be happier with results and is so happy to say, we passed the inspection! He was so honest, respectful, and responsible. I would definitely hire him for future projects!

Last week we had Cato's Paving repaving our whole church parking lot and I couldn't be happier. First Alfonso was knowledgeable and he was able to solve all our problems and provide professional advices. He even solved our drainage problem by creating a huge drainage system for us. It was a big job and I was surprised how Alfonso could handled it at ease. Alex's crew was phenomenal. During ground digging several problems arised due to poor underground piping and he was able to give me the best advice on how to correct them and solve the problem right away. We recently hire Cato's to do a complete Asphalt replacement and re-strip the curbs and parking lot at the townhome complex. Alfonso and Ricky and their team did a great job. They arrived on time and finished everything without delay. Ricky even came on Sunday to retouch the curb painting.

If you are considering paving or doing any residential asphalt repair or seal, I recommend talking with with Cato's Paving. Their knowledge of materials depending on your project is pretty extensive. The level of communication was perfect, the crews work hard and treat the road project as if it was their own. From our initial consultation to replace existing asphalt, sealing the roads, painting the curbs, adding speed bumps and replacing the street signs with new ones... After calling several paving companies and never receiving a call back, I was happily surprised by Cato's Paving. I called to have our home driveway repaired and re-sealed. In 10 minutes, I received a call back from Ricky. Twenty minutes later, he was in my driveway to give me an estimate. Not only was he informative about the process, he was enthusiastic about getting the job done. We were looking for a company to stripe the parking lot for our business, and add painted No Parking signs. I found Cato's with a local search. Ricky Flores was the Estimator that reached out to me. I found Cato's Paving through an ad on Craigslist (kind of sus I know, but hear me out). I will now only use them for my repaving/asphalt needs. I called them on a Monday and I met the estimator Ruben the very next day. He measured out the areas I wanted repaved and was very, very patient to all my questions and concerns. I was very impressed by 1. the level of professionalism, 2. communication I had with Ruben and 3. the very competitive quote I had received. The job is a go with Cato's.

I had the pleasure to work with this company last week. Catos Paving re did our parking lot since it was in very bad shape as we park our trucks here on a daily basis. They were fast, very fast actually! The crew was amazing, very respectful and minded about our office personnel getting into the office while they were working.
