The tech came out and was very professional and courteous. He unclogged the main drain to the septic system and instead of leaving right away like so many would; he stayed back and made sure everything was cleared from the entire system. I am glad he did because there was a secondary clog further up the line before the cleanout.

Jason Flood came on a Saturday and saved us. Patriot has worked on our 1940s-house plumbing before. The team at Patriot (including the woman who is so professional and nice on the phone) are skilled, helpful, professional people who will fix your problem, tidy up where they worked, and leave you glad you have their number if you need help in the future. Highly recommend.

Zach came out on an emergency
call Monday night. He had our AC problem diagnosed and fixed in less than 2 hours. He was also gracious enough to answer questions even though it was late. We were impressed with his knowledge and the service provided.

Our overall experience was Amazing. Jamie went over and above plumbing dishwasher with all excellent knowledge of his profession, including testing appliances and explaining his procedures. He also went under house to check all drains and repairing leak before his install of washer and steam dryer. Checked & replaced cutoff valves before testing his work and explaining to the lady of the house, his procedures, with utmost courtesy and professionism. Clean up was outstanding.

I called because I had no AC on a hot August Saturday. I thought I'd have to wait for help until Monday at the earliest. They sent Zach out within an hour! He found the problem and fixed it right away. Zach's work and attitude were the best! I'll definitely call Patriot again for any future AC issues. Outstanding job, Zach!

I called Patriot Plumbing about 7:30 to 8:00 in the morning and Cameron showed up by 10:30. Pretty amazing! We had a leak in our basement ceiling that another company said would require dry wall removal, the gas company to come out, an electrician and an HVAC person to come out before they could fix the leak. What?? Cameron took a look, came up with a plan that would not require any of that! He was gung ho to get started and get it fixed! He left to get materials, came back and 2 1/2 hours later all was fixed and cleaned up perfectly! We will absolutely be calling Patriot Plumbing again with any

I called them at 7:30am on a Thursday, not expecting anyone to answer that early and they did. I explained my problem and that I was low on cash. They accommodated me by still sending a technician out within a couple hours. The technician arrived, found the problem pretty quickly, fixed it very well and the cost was super low. These people were all super nice. It was very clear that they care and love their job. Thank you Patriot Heat & Air!
