As people are becoming more aware of their environment within the structure, they have starting requesting our services to perform these evaluations.

In 1998 DAVHENCO INC. purchase Blue Ridge Carpet Cleaners to add to its line of services to be provided to the public. As the years past the company was requested to perform water extraction on water damage homes and businesses. So, we decided to pursue the proper training and become certified in the industry, DAVHENCO INC. evolved into a mitigation and remediation service company.
DAVHENCO INC. now provides water damage evaluations on homes and businesses. We use equipment that is specifically used in the water damage and mold damage situations. We have extensive knowledge and field experience in water damage mitigation and restoration in order to assess the damage. We review the work perform by others, the structural drying, wet contents and subsequent mold growth.
We provide these services to realtors, homeowners, building owners, contractors, cleaning companies, schools, attorneys and insurance adjusters. Services include industry standards and practices, protocols and procedures, cost to remediate the damage area and interpretation of microbial testing reports.
