Jamil has owned Flint Hills Spas since January of 2015, having purchased the business from General Manager Dave Garretson. Jamil got to know Dave after buying a hot tub from Dave back in 2007 (fyi the Toubassi's still own that hot tub!). In addition to spending time in his hot tub, infrared sauna, and massage chair, Jamil enjoys tennis, golf, and family time with wife Lesli and their 3 boys AJ (20), Bryson (17), and Liam (10).

Just a fantastic place to shop for a hot tub. Jamil and his crew are so professional and so nice. We recieved our tub yesterday and Chris and the rest of the install crew did an amazing job. They placed it exactly where I wanted it , filled it , added all of the chemicals and made sure that I understood everything. Chris helped me set up the smart tub app on my phone and taught me how to use it and maintain my tub. I would totally recommend buying from Flint Hills !!! Just the best ! This has been a great experience and we absolutely love our new tub !!

This was our first time working with Flint Hills Spas and Pools and we had an excellent experience. Mike was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He worked with us to insure we got the product we wanted and kept us informed on the estimated delivery date. Our spa was delivered and installed without any problems. Flint Hills Spas is the place to go. Don't waste your time wondering around someplace begging for attention. I casually went in with a friend and Mike at the west location was knowledgeable, could answer my questions and showed me around. He was honest about the length of time and shipments. Didn't over promise, which I could appreciate that from a salesperson stand point! It also gave me time to coordinate cement/electrical installation so the sale to the delivery was perfect.

I emailed them initially asking for information and Jamil responded back quickly. He was super helpful. My wife and I went in to their east store and worked with Dave. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We felt ZERO pressure and he steered us away from options he knew we wouldn't want and kept things within the price range we wanted. He was professional and we had fun picking out our hot tub.

The Flint Hills staff is very helpful and there sales people are never pushy or use Aggressive sales techniques. That is truly what i love about both stores! My wife and I have checked out both locations three different times and was never pressured into buying anything! We did our homework and did not impulse buy like we usually do. Dave G., our sales representative, is wonderful and we are still working together on our project. Looking forward in doing business again in the future!

We went in price checking swim spas. Brett Chapman spent almost two hours running numbers and answering a ton of questions. He wasn’t pushy at all and he was very knowledgeable of their products. When he said we wouldn’t find a better price, he was right! We checked!! All in all, we are very happy with the service. Can’t wait for our hot tub to get here!

Our experience thus far has been excellent. I first emailed a request to flint hills spas asking about hot tubs as I did with a few other places. Jamil emailed me back within an hour and had several options with pricing sent to me. All of them fit the specifics that I requested. He followed up with me a few times. When we went to Wichita we visited one other place first. We did not receive the same service we did when we walked into flint hills. Brett was our sales guy and he was extremely knowledgeable. He never tried to push us to spend more... he was mainly focused on our needs and that we purchased

Bret did an excellent job of explaining the hot tub features and options. Delivery to Topeka went without a hitch. Very helpful and informative customer service. We need a platform built to make it sit level as our patio has a slope. It would have been nice to have known this in advance but they have provided the information needed to have one built. Would highly recommend them for your hot tub needs!
