Nannette graduated from University of Tennessee at Martin. She loves helping people hear better through the technology available to us today. It is too bad that I cannot give less than a single star. This place is ridiculous. I had a noon appointment. I arrived and signed in at 11:45. There was nobody there except my family and myself. I was totally ignored as though I was something the cat dragged in and did not cover up. After waiting until 12:40, I finally just got up and left. I sat there nearly an hour after taking off work to make my appointment. I have no problem going elsewhere to someone who actually wants my business.

Not been too pleased with this new doctor since Dr. Watson left. They don't sanitize their equipment and when I went in to have my hearing aid cleaned, two days later I now have an infection in my left ear. Pretty sure it's because of their unsanitary usage of their equipment. The doctor never does anything in front of you like most audiologists do. He always steps out of your line of sight to do the adjustments and then hands the hearing aid back. No telling what kind of gross bacterias are collecting on everything in that office. I'm honestly going back to Dr. Gamache in Tullahoma.

I moved from the Tullahoma area and was unable to purchase filters for my hearing aids (purchased at Tullahoma) so I called and ordered filters from that office and paid at time of order. I received the wrong size so a couple of weeks later I called and asked to swap for the correct size. I won’t go into all the times I was going to be called back or the times they were going to check with someone else. So now five calls and over four months later no one has returned my call , except for once when I was told that someone else would call me, and still no filters. Good hearing aids for $4000.00
