In 2017 we had a dream to open a family owned plumbing company in Lake and McHenry counties with a focus on outstanding customer service. Pete distinguished himself by going the extra miles to diagnose, and to fix my ejector pump problem. The initial assessment was to replace the floater switch. However, during the process Pete found out the pump itself was not working properly. He spent extra time to diagnose the pump and eventually fixed it without charge me any extra.

We called Pete to have the gas line to our old dryer disconnected and capped. Called to request sometime mid-morning...Pete was able to show up in the late afternoon! I had a leaking pipe underneath the bathtub. My wife who loves to take baths couldn’t. Every time she did take a bath the ceiling would leak. Peter from Burr Oak came out and was right on time. He quickly found and resolved the issue. Peter is honest and is very reasonably priced. Thanks Peter we will be back.

Had Bur Oak plumbing repair and replace BBox and sewer pipe in my driveway and the work, professionalism, knowledge and communication and honesty was A +. Never had a contractor show up when they said they would be there and do such a great job in such a timely and professional manner. After wasting my time and money with 2 other plumbing companies come out and not even finding the water shut off Pete from Bur Oak came out and found it and repaired it in one day !
