John (the owner) runs a 5 star business. We would not let anyone else touch our garage doors or openers. Superb service and John is as honest as the day is long. This is the best garage door company in Carmel.

I called them on a Friday afternoon and scheduled for a Monday appointment. Unfortunately there was a mixup with their schedule and nobody showed at the time they were supposed to. However, I called a couple hours later and Tim apologized and told me he would be right there. He showed up within 15 minutes and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Price was exactly what he told me it would be. I will definitely use them again and refer them to others.

I had a situation where I need to get a prescription filled ASAP due to some medical surgery and complications. We woke up to a spring breaking on our garage door so I was trapped. I called one company and they said I could get into the Noon to 5:00 p.m. slot. I called Overhead Door of Carmel and explained my situation. The owner called and directed the service man to drive from Anderson directly to my house to fix the door. He truly saved the day. He was in and out within 1 hour and I was most grateful to their fast and friendly service. My garage door opener is very old - I now know who I am
