My parents bought a lift chair and once they got it home they hated it. I called to see what could be done but no one called back. We decided to stop in and that's when we met Dave. He was great. He called the owners who said we could exchange for a better chair and they would be able to deliver it and take the other chair back. Dave is the reason I would definitely be a return customer!

I love that you can custom order exactly what you want at no extra charge and that the delivery and set up is free. Super nice people to be found working here and design help is available at no charge too. I have to give a five out of five star review to Shimek's.
