Ruben came to my home on Sat. Nov. 21 (not 28) Said he would send quote for deck sealing. Deck projects are listed on the Nova Home Improvement profile. Haven't heard from him since. Calls AND texts not returned. I get it not every project is a kitchen remodel and it is a busy time -but- if you say you are going to do something - then do it or tell the customer you cannot (will not) be able to do the job. Have to start over again.This was a total waste of my time. Add'tl reply to owner: It was not less than 48 hrs. Understand that 'stuff happens' (fam emergencies, etc.) however I actually called

Ruben and his workers were amazing! They started first thing 8am on the dot the day after the contract was signed. Very professional and great communicator! Ruben always kept you up to date with the progress at the end of the day. Which was 4:30pm everyday. They clean up after each work day. Very satisfied with the craftsmanship that him and his guys have done. Will definitely use them on the next project!

I am very pleased with work performed by Nova Home Improvements and highly recommend them. They were a pleasure to work with at all steps of the project (including estimation, scheduling, coordinating materials, and of course the work). The contractors were focused and even had a sense of humor (which is a big plus to me) and most important the work was great.

Ruben is a very attentive contractor and quickly responds to questions and concerns. I was putting my house up for sale and concerned about the front porch. Ruben did a great job of updating it and when I asked about the final rotted plank, he schooled me on home inspections and said let it be. Turns out he was right; it wasn't even mentioned on the inspection report. I was thrilled; thanks Ruben!

I have used Nova Home Improvements as my source of pre-screened home improvement professionals. I have relied on Nova for jobs both big and small: 1, a kitchen gut-remodel; 2, a redone back deck; 3, interior and exterior electrical and lighting work; 4, an external stone walkway. Nova has also referred me to plumbers and HVAC professionals. In each instance Nova has supervised the work and provided me with timely and fairly-priced services. I would recommend them for the full gamut of home improvement jobs.
