Very happy with Rite-Way. They were prompt, professional and courteous. They took extra time to explain and demonstrate the process along the way to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Was especially impressed with the equipment used to "foam" the void left under the slab after lifting. We are on Lake Cherokee and the portion of our house that had settled is now level and stable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has concerns regarding foundation issues.

Outstanding company! Mr. Timothy Wilson came out within 2 hours of us calling and we live out in the sticks. He did a complete and thorough inspection of our foundation and helped formulate an awesome plan for us moving forward. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered every question I had and really made me feel comfortable. We will definitely be using this company for minor leveling of our home very soon.

I was referred to Rite-Way by a friend because I was having some problems with my house and someone had told me to get my foundation looked at. Sam came out and looked at my house and went over everything with me, was very thorough, he took pictures and was honest with me. He answered every single question I had and the professionalism he presented and the respect he gave off is definitely something hard to find these days. I’ve had foundation work done throughout the years on multiple different homes and I must say that Tommy and his team at Rite Way surpassed my expectations and have gone over and above with the repair of my foundation on Lake Palestine. They weren’t the cheapest or most expensive but the amount of knowledge shared and the professionalism of the entire team that worked on my home far surpassed the other companies that I spoke with while I was making my decision. I have an old pier and beam home that the foundation was settling and unleveled in several places. Sam came out and gave his advice on what to do and gave us a reasonable quote compared to other foundation companies. He had his crew out and got the job done. He answered every call and text. We needed to pull the flooring up due to remodeling and he even came back out to tighten things up for us.
