Nicks Landscaping Service LLC is a dishonest company. I scheduled their service for a rental that I own. I contracted for $40 a week from July to the end of September. The first time they came out they said that the grass was too long and they had to charge $65 for the job. Of course it is long that's why I am paying for your services! Then at the end of the year they sent me bill for $120 for mowing 3 weeks in October. I then checked with the tenants at my rental and they said he never came in October. So I guess Nick though that since I didn't live in the house I would just pay the bill without
