The reception doors open. Your client walks in and adjust his tie in one of the office mirrors. It's morning, so he decides to fix himself a cup of coffee in the office kitchen before your meeting. Later on, he excuses himself to use the restrooms. Once the meeting concludes, he asks to borrow one of the cubicles to make a few phone calls and check emails.

We finally arrived at the resort after traveling for many hours. The children were anxious to get in the pool and my wife couldn't wait to visit the spa. I was a bit worried that after long hours of traveling my family would have to wait for our unit. To our surprise when we approach the front desk a courteous staff member greeted us as if we had just arrived home.
