At Ray-Burt's we're experienced in the proper care of difficult to clean fabrics such as fine silks & velvets, utilizing wet or dry cleaning methods according to each fabric's specific needs. To help offset stains and aid in the care and maintenance of your furnishings we offer the application of soil repellant products to new or thoroughly cleaned items.
We're frequently asked, "How do you clean rugs?" or "What method do you use for rug cleaning?" As a general, rule we take rugs through four primary processes: dry soil removal, deep cleaning, thorough drying and final servicing. However, individual attention is given to every rug to guarantee the best results.

Pet vomit stain. Picked up next day after self cleaning attempt. Super happy they had an opening.
My complaint is not that the stain wasn’t removed. The complaint is that they never said one word about the stain removal being unsuccessful and returned it to me as if it was all good. They called a few days after pick up to ask if I wanted a stain guard applied after cleaning. Lighter colored with white wool rug. I asked about the stain and they said it was looking good and bright. Overall disappointed. Paid $350+ for a basic clean. No stains removed.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I was right in the middle of moving and need two rugs bound. We need it done before the furniture went in. Needless to say we need it done ASAP. Matt helped out big time and they had it done by the next day. Was very blown away by the professionalism. We'd use them again.

I had a wool runner from my hallway that my little dog has left a couple of spots on it I attempted to clean my self with the Electric Bissell carpet cleaner but it did not do a very good job so I decided to take it to this company when I arrived and met the owner he was a lovely gentleman gave me a tour of his company explained the process his son and daughter wrote up the invoice.
In about 8 to 10 days I received a phone call that the carpet was ready to be picked up I picked it up the next day brought it home and it looked brand new they did an excellent job I would highly recommend this place

The folks at Ray-Burt's are friendly, professional, and really helpful. We recently packed up our belongings for storage and a move to the Desert. Everything went smoothly, 3 large rugs and a cloth recliner, and when we finish our new home the rugs and chair will be ready to go. We have used Ray-Burt's for 30 years.

These folks are absolutely the best..... they can tell me the origins of the little oriental rugs i find
and always do a superb job of cleaning them.... They were recommended by one of the 2 original
families who brought oriental carpets to Portland because Rayburt's also helped them..
