I had the good fortune of my HSA insurance company using Elite Renovations to come out and diagnose and repair my outside water faucet today. I was happy and felt assured about this because I was familiar with the quality and expertise of the owner of this company. The owner, Matt, completed numerous plumbing repairs and updates a few years ago at my previous residence. I was very impressed then with his expertise, quality of work, and the deliberate pace that he went about his work. Elite Renovations & Design installed a new vanity top, replaced a jetted tub with a walk-in shower, installed new hardware on the sinks and shower. They added appropriate grab bars for an amputee! AND they removed the old shower stall, repaired the walls and built shelves where the shower was. We were impressed with the fact that they were prompt, came to do the work when they said they would and cleaned up each day before they left! We used Elite renovations to build our new sun room and they were great! While it was initially going to be until the middle of August to start work, they manages to squeeze us into their schedule and get the work done a month ahead of the original estimate. They made sure we were involved in every step of the design and the result was a sunroom that we love!

We love calling Mark at Elite for all our remodeling projects. Elite has done extensive remodels on our master bathroom and bedroom, and kitchen. This company was sent out through our home warranty service as a contractor. The two guys they sent out were not friendly at all, I would even say rude. All they asked my husband was if the warranty didn’t cover the issue would he pay for it. I understand this, but the protocol that should have been followed wasn’t. They did the repair, and then came and said it’s not covered, we need payment now. They were supposed to contact the home warranty company first (before the repair was done) then let us know how much it would cost before proceeding. They did it anyways and then demanded payment

Matt has came out several times over the years to help me. Very knowledgeable and let’s me ask all the dumb questions. Always willing to do whatever it takes and doesn’t just take the easiest route. I had several companies come out to diagnose what was going on with my HVAC over a couple years with no real answer. Matt figured it out quickly and got me fixed. My utility bill and I thank him! Would definitely recommend!

Jayme, Matt and entire crew at Elite are incredible. I had a hot water issue with my hot water heater that had to get resolved through the warranty company, and they worked hard to get it taken care of effectively and efficiently. I highly recommend this company without any hesitation at all and will be coming back to them.
