Early in 2010, a friend asked if I would help him pick up some large items that he had purchased from Craigs List. We both have small cars and needed to borrow a truck. We started off early in the morning, figuring we'd be done by noon. First, we needed to get the truck lined up. Off we went to the U-Haul truck rental.

Moving is a very stressful time in general, but to have to do it all in 2 days is pure insanity. Word of advice, leave the moving to the PROS! Serg came through for us in a pinch. We called him day of and he came out and did an AMAZING job with getting ALL our stuff transported out safely and securely. Highly recommend using him and his team. Will definitely be calling our "Moving PRO", Serg for our next move!

My wife and I just got a new place and needed reliable and strong movers to help. We saw craig's movers and contacted them. They answered immediately and were very professional. They arrived on time they said they'll be here and all 3 movers (Serge, Nate, and Zack) were excellent! They moved anything you asked and even moved things we thought were unmoveable (heavy adjustable bed)! On top of all the good things I have to say, they are really quick! And they do it without damaging anything and were very gentle with what we said 'FRAGILE'.

Aw, we love Serge and Co.!! We moved from OC out of state and back again and my husband remembered their previous stellar service from 4 years ago! They helped us the first time pickup and install a murphy bed and today they picked up and delivered our granite table tops for the cabinets. They are always polite, helpful and go above and beyond. Sergey and his crew are the real deal. I have had some bad moving experiences so I know when I see a good crew and these guys are definitely it. If you have the opportunity 2 hire these guys I would do it in a heartbeat. They are hard-working, dedicated, and does whatever it takes to get the job done. -Prepared - they asked about the contents I needed moved, and brought the right-sized truck to fit; wardrobe boxes made it really easy to transport hanging clothes.
- Super efficient - these guys were running full speed up and down the stairs, and were able to navigate tough corners.
- Great communicators - they asked where I wanted the boxes and furniture, and were patient when things needed to be adjusted.
- Careful - no scratches, bumps, or breaks throughout the move.

Serge and Miguel recently moved my husband and I from Lake Forest to Lake Elsinore with so much care! We waited last minute to hire movers and Serge accommodated us within days! They were both very friendly, nice, efficient and super hard workers! They took time to wrap our furniture and point out any prior issues with specific pieces before loading them carefully into their truck. I used craigsmover for a move from Rancho Santa Margarita to Ladera Ranch. From my very first contact with Serge on the phone, this was a great experience, he was friendly and gave me quote right away. What I really appreciated was that it was simple, straight and to the point, they were not a bunch of hidden fees (examples stair fees, double drive time, fuel charge) it was just a flat hourly rate.
