We had some issues w/our A/C after it was installed. To Comfortair’s credit, they stayed on too of the issue, always arrived on time, were very professional (we dealt w/technician Jesse, who is excellent and really cares) and ultimately fixed a difficult problem in a tough to cool zone.

I have the Comfort Plus membership and had an issue with my AC and they came out quickly and performed the semi-annual inspection and resolved the issue to get me back in a cool house before it got too hot.
