From the start of the process, Jessica was super helpful. She listened to my vision and assisted me with options for my new flooring. She was always available when I had a question. The contractor (Hank) was equally awesome. He sent me updated texts, stayed in touch with me, and was great to work with. We worked with DEHART TILE for 20 years. They have been professional, timely and service oriented. Recently, we purchased tile for our kitchen and bathroom. Jenny helped us with all the color matching and did a terrific job. Bruce went the extra step to get us an installer when ours had covid. I am adding this to reply to the owner's response. We never knew who our installer would be until the day he showed up. We didn't know the job was subcontracted out. We never seen any of Mike's work beforehand. We did check out Ethan's online work before he came and fixed Mike's work. We were very pleased with Ethan's repairs and told him before he left that day. I did express our concern in email about the kerdi board install. We do appreciate what was fixed. We should have never had to fill in the sides from the gaps between wall and tiles like we did. Mike was not 100% invested in this job and

Sadly the remodeling of our shower didn't turn out the way we expected. Their was some concerns about how the Schluter(kerdi board) was installed. On one of the walls the installer Mike didn't add the recommended amount of anchors. Schluter has a 10 year warranty only if it's installed correctly. Another issue was the walls were not made level before putting up the kerdi board. Since this happened their is a lot of space between the wall and tile. The tile is not flush against the two side walls. You can see where the thinset is dabbed on the back of the tile in certain spots. Their

My husband and I walked into DeHart Tile because many of our friends spoke highly of their quality products and exceptional service. We hoped to find a tile in a particular size and color and were able to take home two large sample tiles. One of them was a great match for our bathroom project so we ordered what we needed. When our installer pulled out the tiles, we noted the color of the marble we received didn't match the sample. We were disappointed and returned to DeHart Tile not knowing what to expect. Very professional and efficient! We opened up a new lab location in Christiansburg, ARCpoint Labs of Christiansburg and needed new flooring that met state requirements. The staff were able to come out and provide us a quote and then scheduled the installation quickly. Dehart Tile did a great job on my kitchen backsplash. Jessica the design and sales person was very helpful in working with me to find an elegant travertine tile. We discussed all the ways we could get the best aesthetic effect as far as pattern and color for my space. Allen did an expert job installing the tile, taking all attention to detail. Just purchased a home and needed hardwood floors installed before moving in. So accommodating from helping select the right product, matching existing hardwoods, measuring and scheduling and installing. All in a rush! They turned out beautifully.
