Terrible customer service from this co. Called 3 times and talked with Danial ( manager?) told me he would inform Gustavo of our problems, never had a follow up call from him ,cannot control water quality in pool, pool supply store has been aiding us as to which cems to use but unable to control high PH. We consulted other pool Co's and they suggested it may be that the products used to recoat pool were in some way effecting water quality
causing high PH to be unstable. All we requested was that owner come out and give us some help and suggestions , never happened. I do not recommend using this

WARNING:: Their work is superficial...till the second year, the steps started to crack, so I called them, as they promised me that the plaster would last for at least 3 years, but I should expect 7. When I called they said it must be the steps eroding under the plaster, when their guy came out, he said the steps were perfect, so I asked about at least a discount as it was their plaster that had failed, at least a year before the promised minimum age...nope. No warranty, no discount, just another $1000.00 to repair the steps they assured me would last 7 years. So here it is year 3 and now my washout

Ignore the negative reviews. GD'S Tile and Pool Plastering does a great job at giving the costumer the best for their money. GD's tile and pool plastering delivered the project on time and with great quality. All other reviews show that this is true.GD's Tile and Pool Plastering always does its best to keep their costumers satisfied with their work.

Gustavo and his company are top notch. They did a re-plastering job for me and we are very happy. Most recently, I contacted him regarding a pump issue. Gustavo did not hesitated and offered to assist me. He came to my house the following day and he helped me diagnosed the problem. I trust his company. Great job!!!!!

I should have posted this sooner as Gustavo resurfaced my pool in April, also Tahoe blue, we absolutely love it , they were exceedingly fast, I had a new pump and filter and light installed as well as a new control panel. When he gave me the estimate, my only question was, " when can you start". I highly recommend GD'S, you won't be disappointed. We have been enjoying the pool all summer. And as to any other comment, when I called, they got in touch with me the same day and came and did the estimate the next day.
