I was needing some cleaning done to my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, in short notice. It was a Thursday, hoping to get service for the next day. I contacted other cleaning services in the area, all of which charge $200 + for 2 people for 1 hour. Found another service that charged $85 for 2 people for 1 hour but they couldn't start till the next week. Finally found Have It Maid Wichita, called the # given and spoke with Mark the Owner. I asked Mark some questions about his business, he was very polite and gave me some details about what they did. I explained i needed a crew out the next day, he

I was referred to Have It Maid by one of my colleagues. Have It Maid has been cleaning my home for about 1 year. I have a 3 bd rm 2,000 sq ft home. I always come home to a clean home after they have cleaned, polished hardware, and I am always amazed at how the appliances shine, it as though the sun automatically comes through when their done. If for any reason, I have a problem, Mark always wants to make it right. Very affordable prices compared to most others.

I have nothing bad to say about the cleaning job, however this company charges by hour and by how many people they send out. Have it Maid usually charges around $70 per hour with 2 people. However this last time they sent out 3 when we only normally have 2 and we had no say. We ended up being charged a lot more for a mediocre job. If you're looking for an affordable company that does a good job and isn't trying to screw you, this is not the place to contact.
