I am a general building contractor and have used several paving contractors. With all the experiences I've had K & M has been the best asphalt contractor. They are not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but, they do top quality work.

Now I tell my clients to save the hassle and just call K & M Asphalt. Marks a great guy.

Avoid these guys!

Took months of chasing their guy to get the work done. Now the concrete is cracked and they won't even return phone calls.

Very bad overall experience and poor workmanship.

The HOA where I live at hired K&M to do asphalt on our driveways/parking lots. They notified us on Friday afternoon by posting a small sign at the entrance of the driveway... Stating work would begin the Monday of. I have my vehicle parked in my assigned parking space, with no form of moving it because my key broke. I went o the dealership to order a new key hoping I would get it within that day or even early Monday morning. It being a foreign make & model I had to wait 2 days for the order to come in. I spoke to a man who said was in charge of the crew. I explained my situation to him
