Communication was frustrating at times, as they almost never answer their office phone. However, the technicians were good, and the quality of work was excellent. I especially appreciated the owner's knowledge of ventilation; it was much more comprehensive than any roofer we talked to. The price quoted seemed quite low given the nature of the work.

My husband and I purchased a home and a condition of purchase was for the mold to be removed. The previous owner hired Mold Masters and we currently have a warranty. We noticed mold again and called last Monday. They were very prompt and had someone out on Wednesday. He walked into our garage and didn't even go into the attic where the mold originated. He said he will "have the office review [our] file and call [us]." We called Thursday to follow up and the office worker told my husband that she hadn't talked to the inspector yet and would call us the next day. She never called. We called again

This company ruined my roof by installing a sewage stack pipe and vent that was improperly installed it started to leak I called them serval times that never went anywhere they came out a few times and still it continues to leak now I have damage to my bathroom ceiling and roof rainy who is the owner was supposed to call I have yet to hear from him I have consulted with my lawyer and is now filing a small claim for damages do not use this company!

Con men will come in and tell u u have mold without doing proper lab work just generic test to see if there is any mold or fungus wich there is no such area that is competly free of mold and give a few thousand dollar quote and the peace of mind that for free they will come check back up and try to pray on u agin
