Called Aloha for an emergency service on my heat. Technician arrived opened the front panel of my package unit and stated it was fried and I needed to replace my complete unit. Quoted me 5500.00 to do so. Through word of mouth I contacted another ac repairman and he came out and looked at it and changed out 2 contractors which are about 30.00 each and my heat started working just fine. Don't allow them to capitalize on your lack of AC knowledge. Aloha came out stayed for not even 10 minutes and charged me 90.00 to do so!

Wow, what an awesome company. Our AC was 16ish years old and holding on for dear life. We had a different company quote us on installing a new unit and they told us it would be a 2 week wait. We got a second opinion from Aloha Air conditioning and Heating and Shane set us right up, a day and a half later our new unit is installed and working great. Everyone at the company we dealt with, receptionist (on the phone), and technicians were all so so nice and helpful! I would give more than 5 stars If could!

Shane was amazing! I called that morning and he was there in a couple of hours checking out our AC. Unfortunately our AC had to be replaced! Shane explained all of our options in great detail and even answered questions after he left. 2 days later the installers showed with Shane and installed our new AC unit and furnace. We couldn’t be more happier with the results! Our house in so cool and the unit is so quiet. I don't know if we are special or the Rays just make us feel that way but we have all the faith in them when we need our HVAC checked. I know when Shane or Tom come and service, or check-out, our unit for the season, they show up, promptly and get the job done! They don't "find" all sorts of things that also need to be done. I feel good going into the winter with our heat and cooling unit check out by them. Thanks, Aloha and the Ray family!

Wonderful experience with Aloha! I wanted a second opinion when my AC wasn't cooling very well and the unit was freezing up. He insisted on coming out right away, so we didn't have to sleep in the heat, which was really nice of him. The Freon was low and he explained that the was a leak somewhere and that it would continue to leak after it was filled back up (the previous place failed to mention that). He filled it up for much less than the previous quote and didn't charge us for the service call. We will definitely be calling Aloha once we're able to get the leak taken
