I had purchased a pair of Dryshod boots a while ago from Hesselson's. I only use them for hunting and they are the best boots I have ever owned. This being said I broke one the the straps on the back of one of the boots. I went to see if I could get them fixed at a local place and the owner of that store told me they might warranty them. I've had the boots for a while so I didn't think they would be covered but we went through the steps. Dryshod wanted me to take them back to the place I bought them and have them sent back to be inspected. I had no receipt so I was sure they would not be able to

We bought a house one year ago, just in time to close the above ground pool that came with it. Once we opened the pool, the entire summer was a complete nightmare! We had problems the entire summer with the water quality, but through it all, Hesselson's attempted to help us the best they could with our water samples. I learned a lot from the ladies there about the chemicals and equipment needed to maintain it.
They have been absolutely fantastic and teach me something new every time I go in. I appreciate them so much!

My wife and I came here last year debating weather we wanted a pool or hot tub, we asked the salesman numerous questions to help in our decision and finally decided on a hot tub, the rep was extremely patient and thorough in answering our questions and helping us make the right decision. We got the hot tub, the delivery guys were very good and thorough. We filled the tub 3/4 of the way and noticed water all around the tub, I called Hesselson's and talked to Mike, he was extremely helpful, and was here the next day! Thank you for continuing to provide your many employees with a place to go so they could feed their families and pay their mortgages. Very sad that we have to share a world with small-minded morons like Steph M who clearly doesn't understand much. This pandemic has really brought out the pathetic mean-spirited people. Not very friendly. Extremely high prices/ not willing to negotiate whatsoever. As mentioned by others the people in the back will literally just give you a dirty look and not offer any assistance. If Hesselson's could adjust their prices and offer truly helpful, friendly service I believe they'd have the potential to be the greatest local sporting goods store.

I went in recently with my husband who wanted to check out some particular items. I watched as he looked for several minutes while an employee stood feet away and not once asked him if he needed any help or anything. Instead the employee stood talking about a recent trip or plans with someone else. We try to shop local as much as possible but when he makes the purchase (which is for a higher priced item) I know he will be going elsewhere because soon as we were in the car he mentioned how disappointed he was no one offered to help him.
