After TWO horrible experiences with other companies I had spoken with Jeff the owner, last August about my Air Conditioning problem. He was amazing and professional and so helpful that I vowed to use him again if anything else was needed. Today I had a heating problem. I called at 6:30am and Jeff personally picked up the phone, (no recording!) and although he was booked himself, he sent Mark. Mark came in time, listened carefully, was very in tune to my needs, and immediately went to work to diagnose and fix my problem with the heat. One day after calling SABRS, Mark B came to the house for a Heating Maintenance call and he was great! The previous owners of our home had never changed the furnace air filter, and the fan speed was adjusted as well. Mark was VERY knowledgable, professional, and personable. He also installed an air purifier, and answered all of our questions about the purifier, and questions about heating and air conditioning in general. I would not hesitate to recommend SABRS Home Comfort to my friends!

We recently used SABRS Home Comfort for annual heating maintenance. Our home is a recent new build and in addition to routine maintenance, we were looking for an assessment of the system setup, ductwork, damper and fresh air settings. Jeff, the technician, was prompt and knowledgeable. He identified a list of items, including a safety issue, that will need to be addressed. He was able to adjust an air flow issue that improved the heat capacity in the house. We were comfortable with his expertise and will use SABRS for additional services. Highly recommended.

SABRS sent Mark out to review thermostat setup and heat pump. He did a thorough review and corrected a couple settings in the thermostat and determined the compressor in heat pump was overcharged. All has been corrected and now heat pump works fine. He was cordial and professional. I highly recommend Mark and SABRS Home Comfort.

Mark was punctual, extremely professional and was able to diagnose my problem within an hour. He even was honest stating that he could service the unit himself but that the manufacturer warranty would likely be honored if we called the original installer instead. He only charged 79 bucks! Would absolutely use his services again!

Jeff came out to my elderly mom's home to inspect a 13 yr old condenser outside that had been freezing up. Long story short, it freezing up due to very cold weather, but was still operating normally. Although it was almost 6 pm and sure he had a busy day, he still was very kind in giving of his time. He answered all our questions did not charge for a service call. He made sure my mom was OK. The HVAC Thechs, Mark B and his partner were extraordinary. Very professional and took care of an extreme safety issue as our unit was installed incorrectly and sending toxic fumes into our home!

We moved into a home and wanted to make sure the HVAC system was working correctly. I did research and found out that SABRS had a good reputation. We had SABRS come do an inspection and annual maintenance. Since then, we have them come in spring to service the A/C and in fall to service the furnace. The technicians seem knowledgeable and are friendly but professional. We are happy with our choice.
