We were looking to have some extensive work done to our 27 year home and one thing was having the shingles on the roof replaced. We had put if off for a couple of years, and we knew there could be a few areas that would need the plywood replaced under the shingles. The first company we had come out was Hanover Roofing to give us an estimate. Josh took alot of time with us in answering all our questions about different things that we had and were interested in doing. In addition to the house, we also wanted our two sheds done at the same time, due to them being almost the same age as the house,

I have an ice dam problem with my roof, so I called Hanover Roofing to ask them to come take a look and give me an estimate on repairing it. First thing they said was, "We have a $95 fee to give an estimate on roof repairs." Say what? You want $95 just to come out and look at the problem to tell me how much you'd charge to repair it?? Nuts to that. I also notice they have a GAF Master Elite logo on their website, but they are NOT listed as a Master Elite installer on the GAF website. Something fishy going on here. No way would I use someone like this.

Hanover Roofing has always done an outstanding job with routine roof maintenance and most recently a brand new roof. Their price was unmatched, quality was outstanding. The team of roofers were prompt, very professional and courteous and detailed with their clean up. I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Josh at Hanover Roofing didn't waste my time or try to upsell me more than I wanted or needed. I went to other companies that wouldn't listen to what I wanted and needed. Don't look anywhere else for a top quality product, install and professionalism in roofing.

Brand new roof installed in January 2012 by Hanover Roofing. Currently on second roof leak this year, and a curved section of vent pipe on roof installed by Hanover Roofing has fallen completely off of the roof. Hanover Technician came out to assess, declined any form of responsibility, said he would "send an email" with a repair quote. That email never materialized. After several days of no email and no phone call had to place multiple calls and leave messages at Hanovers office to obtain status update. Was quoted the cost just to go on roof and re-install their PVC pipe would
