I wanted to take the time to introduce you to our company and myself. Our Company, Brink Painting & Construction LLC is in our 23nd year of business (formerly Brink & Cannell 1992 to 1998). I personally have been painting since 1986 and I graduated from University of Washington in 1988 with a BA in Economics and then ran my own company from 1988-1990.

I called Brink painting and construction to paint the exterior of our house. They did an amazing job. They were very on time, professional, understanding and paid close attention to detail, I felt i was asking a lot because I added a few things on the to do list for them but they worked with me on what needed to be done. I wasn’t done with a section of the house when they were ready to paint but they worked around me and we’re very understanding. I had to call them back later to do some touch up on the area that we finally got finished because we ended up replacing more of the siding and trim

I own a well known and highly respected local property management company and we have used Brink Painting and Construction, LLC to great success. Actually, I need to be more specific.... I have a commercial building that I manage personally that really should have been resided but the owner didn't want that at the time. So, I called around to get painting estimates. Brink came in around mid-range but what I really liked was their estimator taking the time to really go over the building. I mean he really went over it thoroughly - much more so than the other vendors. I felt like he really wanted

Only had the front of my house painted because the rest of the house is fine. Brinks was professional, quick and quoted me a fair price. They charge less than two others companies and didn’t try to sell me other things I didn’t need.
