Best pest control you'll find. I told Ray Pinner about my ant problem and he came out to my house within the next few days to inspect to which he told me I had "carpenter ants". He's very knowledgeable and he let me know of things outside of him spraying my house that could be done to solve the problem like trimming tree limbs and blowing leaves out of the gutters and surrounding areas. The next day he was able to come out again to spray the inside and outside of my house and within 4 days the ants were completely GONE. I don't even see dead ants around anymore. I signed

A great service and experience! I contacted the business in the evening during the week via their website and the gentleman called the very next day. Answered all of my questions regarding the various services provided and we set up an appointment for him to arrive within 3 business days. That was already a pleasant surprise!

I've used Pinner Pest Control for over a decade. I've moved several times and I use Ray Pinner wherever I go. His work and prices are superior to the big pest companies. Ray is an honest man who does a great job and cares about his customers. I have referred many friends to Ray over the years and was always happy to do so. Ray Pinner has been my pest control guy for 13 years. I was referred to him by a friend after complaining about how much the big chain companies wanted to charge. I have never had a pest problem that Ray couldn't diagnose and solve. You can't beat the price or the service. I trust him to spray in the house when we're not home and that's not something I would say about the big companies who send a different guy each time. We recently moved into a rental that had a bug issue. The landlord said he took care of it multiple times and sprayed and assured us the bugs will be taken care of but when we moved in the place was overrun with cockroaches still. Mr. Pinner and his partner came out the next day and sprayed and baited everywhere. The bugs started dwindling and it took several weeks but we are now bug free thanks to Mr. Pinner. He is very punctual and professional. Thanks again for saving us!
