Had a snow day and woke up to furnace not working. Landlord calls to help us out and calls these guys. First off takes forever to call us when our landlord said they would call us. Then RUDELY says they can't make it out to our house because of the snow. Which by the way, there is barely anything out here and the roads were already clearing up. Then continues to be rude and then says "just call somebody else then" and hangs up. No thank you

We had a problem with our air conditioner this past weekend. I called Gurley & Son Monday morning to request a service technician to take a look at it. Within a few hours, the technician was here and had it fixed! His van was properly stock with the replacement motor he needed. With the current lack of service, callbacks, etc. in this messed-up economy, it was refreshing to have a company provide such excellent service! Thank you Gurley & Son! Thanks Doug!

We tried several other HVAC companies until we found Gurley & Sons. They do everything from small repairs to complete system replacement. When it's an emergency they dispatch someone fast and when it's something that can be scheduled they show up on-time. Whether its a repair job or a replacement they are always priced competitively. I like them because when it is a small repair they do just that but when a replacement is really what is required they are honest with you. Like us, they are also environmentally focused and make sure they recapture all refrigerant and recycle our old equipment. We

Our furnace was working intermittently, so we called them. We spent about $500 with them, and ended up with a furnace that didn't work at all. They came back and looked at it again, and when I asked if they were sure the next $300 fix was the solution, they told me to call someone else. They sure weren't going to stand by their work.
Update: I posted this less than an hour ago, then called another company. They came out immediately, looked at it for about 2 minutes, and figured out it was nothing but a broken ground wire. Cost me nothing but a service visit. Good thing I didn't let Gurley randomly

Called another Heating And Cooling Local Business in Union County, they wouldnt/couldn't fit us in until 3 days away.... "it's Hot" Called Gurley & Sons the lady said we are very busy, but let me see if I can fit you in! And she did. Now that is what customer Service Is About! Thank You For Caring!! I have used Gurley & Sons for over 6 years and have received nothing short of outstanding service. I had an old heating and air unit that they kept going until it was struck by lightening. They even made a service call on a holiday when I was having a party and the air went out. I didn't even look around or price match when it came to my new unit....there was no question I would be calling them. Trustworthy, knowledgeable and reliable!
