Spring Valley Air Conditioning is amazing! Their staff are very friendly and make sure you feel like you are their only customer. They installed my new unit in less than 8 hours because they wanted to make sure my family had heat! To top that they had to fix another company's mess! I discovered today, that my hvac system was cooling properly. I called S.V. ... and was greeted with exceptional customer service. The Technician arrive with an hour and half. Michael Wright, Service Technician, was professional... and respectful. He diagnosed, repaired and had the system operating properly with in 2 hours. Certainly grateful

I had to pay another company $134.00 to fix this problem. Per the technician, it was caused due to bad installation. Per my builder, it was Spring Valley Air Conditioning who performed the installation. Oh, of course, I first contacted Spring Valley just to learn that they were too busy; Being unable to "Schedule" a tech to look at this issue that would take literally 5 minutes to fix.

I had a couple of HVAC companies come to service my heat and air unit and let me tell you, they were trash! Started with one problem and ended up with three! Each one said the problem was something different than the what the previous technician said. I finally got fed up and called Spring Valley Heat and Air. Let me tell you, THIS IS A COMPANY YOU CAN RELY ON! They stood by their word and made sure they fixed EVERYTHING, including what the technicians from other companies screwed up! Richard and his crew handled my situation professionally and with integrity! He wouldn’t even accept my money

When we bought our new home we quickly learned how terrible the existing HVAC unit was. We had extremely high utility bills and the AC unit could not keep the house at a comfortable temperature. We got several quotes before going with Spring Valley Air Conditioning. Travis Motley and his crew came out and totally revamped our our duct work and installed a new HVAC system. We instantly realized the tremendous utility savings and our home is now kept at a very comfortable temperature no matter the heat or cold outside. Great work at a great price!
