Home construction projects are important and often expensive, so I'm going to spend the time to write a detailed review about this contractor.
Ayers Home Repair recently completed a major project on my house: new windows, siding, soffits, fascia, gutters, and paint -- a complete exterior replacement except for the roof. I am glad that we chose them for the work, and I'll tell you why.
Quality: Steve (the owner) and his crew use only good materials, and they are very skilled in their work. This applies to the subcontractors as well.
Communication: I found Steve to be responsive to my queries

Steve and his crew did a complete siding replacement on my house. They removed the old 1970s T-11 and replaced it with a modern looking lap board. They also added building wrap to the house, which didn't have it before.
They did the work on time and for the agreed cost. They also stayed onsite for two weeks straight, whereas other contractors will often disappear into a black hole for days at a time. Great communication, work was done right, highly recommend.

His work is so good it makes me want to cry. Steve is great. Quality work is very important to him. After moving into my home a few years ago I had Efficiency Matters come over and do a lot of insulation work, including installing windows. We installed as many as we could at the time. The work was pretty good, but there were definitely a few things that left a little to be desired. I've never done that sort of work so figured it was pretty good. I couldn't do better. Well called them this last summer to install more windows, but they don't do small jobs. Started looking around and found Steve Ayers

Steve Ayers and his crew are true professionals. Steve is great to work with and is prompt, knowledgeable and communicative. We used Ayers Home Repair for new siding, trim, gutters and exterior paint for our home. Steve also helped us with some leaks in our roof.
