I hired Foundation King to convert my home's crawlspace into a full basement. The project involved excavating about 30 yards of soil from under my house, forming up retaining walls, and pouring concrete for the new walls as well as approximately 800 square feet of concrete floor slab. I am very happy with the final result - it turned out as good or better than I had hoped.

My elderly mother has moved into Assisted Living, and we need to sell her house. An Inspection revealed what appeared to be settling cracks and recommended that we have the foundation evaluated. We contacted Foundation King and arranged for them to evaluate and repair, as needed, the foundation. Thankfully I called and spoke with Foundation King. My fears were calmed while speaking to the manager. She scheduled Jake to come out right away. I've found that it is sometimes very hard to get information from contractors. It can be frustrating. If you call up they often say, "we can't tell you anything, can't give you any idea of pricing, until we come out and look." I called Foundation King and Jeff took my call, had me email him photos, and told me what he thought was going on with my foundation and what my options were and the approximate cost. Just simple straight-forward communication which is very valuable. Much appreciated.
