We hired Michael's team to remove the texture on our bedroom and bathroom walls while we were on holiday. He was easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. When we came back home after our vacation - the area was clean (no dust piles anywhere!) and ready for us to prime and paint. The quality of work was excellent too. We look forward to working with them again!

We were looking for a general contractor to fix recurring problems with the drywall cracking on the second floor and to also completely renovate our laundry room into a functional space.
After chatting with a number of contractors we settled on Michael and the Sampaio Company as he offered a fair price and was the most genuine and honest contractor that we came across. For example, prior to undertaking any repair work for the drywall he instructed us on what to ask the home builder to repair (as part of warranty) to minimize costs to us.

It begins with timely responses and clear communication. Before the job even began I knew exactly where we were going and how we were getting it accomplished. The job finished right on time.
All contractors have the ability to lead customers down a rabbit hole but Sampaio Company chooses not to. A kind, honest and thoughtful company.
I would recommend them no matter how big or small and you will be glad you did.

If you were thinking about taking on that project yourself, call Mike first! I spoke with Mike about some challenges I ran in to on a small repair project.
