I ordered a product from AceTool on the 1st Dec. DeWalt's website, and Acetool's displayed the product in stock. Once I placed my order, I got an immediate response from AceTool that the product was not in stock, and they'd take about 5-7 days before they could source and ship my item. Fast forward 21 days, they have not responded to my emails, and I still do not have any visibility on when my order would be fulfilled.

I bought a Honda generator from Ace Tool in September, and our electrician had an issue with the transfer switch setup. Neither Ace Tool nor Honda could/would help us with the problem. Ace wanted to sell us an additional part for megabucks. Terrible customer service from both ACE and Honda.

Brought in for repair. They dont do service on site, was not told that when i bought it, so it was sent out for repair to honda. It took over 2 months. The winter season was over. I went to use following season and would not stay running. Called them to fix problem and was informed they send it out and would take another 2 months.....Horrible.......Bought the machine at their store and would expect better service then this.....Will bring to a certified tech rather then them...

I ordered something from them in July and I received an email that the item was no longer available for sale and had been discontinued. "Unfortunately in speaking with the company it has become obsolete without replacement.  At this time we have cancelled it from your order and charged your card accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience". This statement is untrue because it was offered by at least 5 other websites one of which I bought it from.

We ordered a piece of equipment that arrived damaged. Not only did Ace Tool and Jescraft replace the damaged equipment, it was replaced very quickly and Ace Tool refunded the freight/shipping charge. We are very pleased with the customer service and very highly recommend Ace Tool Repair. We will be happy to do future business.

Acetool had an excellent tool selection, great prices on cordless tools, and a wide selection of power tool accessories to meet my company's needs. It's sad to see all these negative reviews of this company. I'm guessing they're for the online site and not this actual location. I have only good things to say about this company. Went in looking for a gift for my husband, received friendliness and helpful information from the staff. They have a large selection of tools and an area where you can even test before you buy. What's also great is they fix tools on site.

Came into this store recently and was pleasantly surprised by the selection of tools they have to offer. The quality of the tools far surpassed that of Home Depot or Lowes. They have a great selection of Milwaukee as well as Makita. Their Dewalt selection was quite impressive as well. They offer a full demo area where you can get a feel for how these tools are made and the impressive quality before you even buy it. Ace tool is the best! I get all my Festool amongst other tools there. The staff is very informative, helpful, and friendly, if they don't have something they will do their best to get for you. Ordered two Festool MFT/3 tops. Both arrived damaged, but I decided I could live with the one with only small defects. Sent the other back.... Crickets...

I have been a customer of Ace Tool for about 10 years. The staff is knowledgable and very helpful. I often deal with James who has been there for as long as have been a customer. Whether I am
making a new purchase or dropping off my table saw blades or router bits for sharpening I have always been 100% satisfied and in the event there are any issues they make it right. The store is well stocked and in the event an item must be ordered it usually arrives in a few days. Logistically Home Depot is much closer to my house however I always find myself heading to Ace as I am usually in and out quickly

Rough experience with this company. Thought I would take a chance on them, that was a mistake. Ordered work pants, received the wrong size (although I did get them quickly). Returned pants and asked for the size I ordered. After 2 weeks of no communication I contacted them again and they said yes they were going to send me the correct size. 2 weeks after that (now a month from ordering) I contacted them again to see where the pants were, they were still on order from the manufacturer. I asked to cancel my order, which they did, and they refunded me 25% less than I paid as a re-stockng fee, although

This was an online order. Okay, this is as good as it gets with customer service. The part I wanted was discontinued but I didn't know that until I chatted on-line with Toni. She called Makita while I was chatting, found the replacement part number, added it to the web-site so I could order, then trouble-shot the shipping charges. Every vendor I checked did not stock so I went with Ace Tool because of their helpfulness and obviously they have a standing relationship with Makita.
Then... to top it all off.... Gina followed up on more clarity on the shipping charges and I ended up augmenting
