Whitehat windows did a phenomenal job for my parents sunroom. Shane and team were amazing to work with and made the job seamless. They were professional, efficient and thorough. Highly recommend for any patio to sunroom conversion. Neighbors were so impressed that they asked for referrals. Great price and installation was perfect. I had to reschedule and they were very understanding. The window frames on the front of house had to be replaced and workmanship was superb. They were so much less expensive and I had gotten five other quotes. There is a wait but that is going to be with any company right now. They will always respond to calls and questions. I was very impressed.

Fantastic!! We called several other window companies and they either didn't return our call, or were unprofessional during their visits. White Hat responded immediately and scheduled a consultation, which they showed up right on time for. The salesperson, Arthur, was very friendly and took the time to understand the best fit for our situation. With a big investment like this, they were the company we felt most comfortable with. Overall I'm very impressed with the experience and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to friends and family.

We had a great experience with this company. Shane was able to come over same day to look at the job and emailed us a written estimate the following day. The installation crew was great as well, they were fast, efficient and cleaned up after themselves..i would highly recommend them and will definitely use for future projects.

The windows are sturdy, double paned and they look great!! The cost was less expensive than 2 other quotes I received as well. I highly recommend them!!

Sales rep was detailed on options and followed up, remained involved and communicated regularly. Windows arrived in the time scheduled. Cost was fair and reasonable. Installation team was timely and professional. At the end, owner Shane called to make sure we were pleased with everything we experienced with his team and business. They replaced my old crank windows with horizontal sliders. They are beautiful. The neighbor said it looks like a showcase house. The crew was professional and very experienced in the trade. I highly recommend them and will use them again to put windows in my linai. Thank you all at White Hat Windows.
