Fireplaces were on backorder 6-8 wks when I ordered, then installation was backed up 2 weeks , that was a month ago and they still cannot tell me when they can install the fireplace. I understand things are in high demand, but at least good customer service to keep my updated would be appreciated. No one from the store even reached out to keep me updated on the situation, I had to call them multiple times to find out what was going on and they said they would have to get back to me ( which each time I had to reach out to them days later when I never heard back ). Very hard to work with when trying

First off I didn't want to give them one star. My wife and I walk in and we felt like they treated us like second class citizens. The saleswoman was not intent not on making a sale. We were looking to purchase a new fireplace insert and needed information as we know nothing about the process. She indicated that we needed a contractor to reframe our existing fireplace and we asked if she could recommend one. She said she only had one but only a name and number, which she handed to us with her fingertips. We had to then ask if she would be willing to show us some inserts and explain the process.

I talked to the manager 2x about my door for my fireplace. We emailed back and forth and talked on the phone. Her emails were abrupt and had many typos---showed her carelessness. As with her emails, our phone conversations made me feel inferior and ignorant. She didn't act like she wanted my business. So, needless to say, she won't get it and I will look elsewhere.
