Purchased a gas stove and a gas fireplace insert from Innovations because we really liked the product line, service, and based on recommendations from our neighbors who purchased from them a few years ago. Very happy with Chris in sales, Brianne in scheduling, and with Todd and Travis who did the installations. Appreciated that we could choose the firewood and embers of our liking for the fireplace. We choose driftwood as we are located at the beach.

I have used Innovations for a gas fireplace and have been pleased with the service. I do not like the website -- I went in to check out an electric fireplace and I couldn't tell which were electric and which were gas.

Poor installation, poor service all around. Save yourself some grief. Installed a wood insert into my new home incorrectly and service people had no experience or understanding of wood stoves. They basically sold my contractor a poor quality stove and no service. My neighbors mini split was installed by them as well. It does not work and they can't repair it. Maybe good for spas and grills but they have no business selling wood stoves or HVAC systems. I've owned and used wood stoves for over 20 years in Alaska and this place is a hard no.

Won't ever shop here again. They sold us a lemon gas fireplace. Paid over $4k. It broke literally every winter even though we got it serviced. Naturally the moment it was out of warranty their previous repairs failed. It created huge smoke marks on the outside of our house. They refused to stand by their work or product. We hired them to do the repair anyway. No offer to help with the smoke damage. And it broke again couple of months later. They told us that the part they used only had a 90-day warranty and we'd be paying full freight to replace it -- no break on parts or labor.

Thank you, Kevin came out and found a crack that was leaking carbon monoxide. We had no idea even with a detector not far away, you may have saved our lives. The next day 2 wonderful guys installed our wonderful new heat stove. Best customer service we could ask for.

They recently installed a woodstove and it leaks. They have not made fixing the leaky stove a priority. We waited all day yesterday for someone to come out and when I called today I was told they may or may not have time to come out today.
It has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

They were able to come out and the leak is now fixed! The guys who came were apologetic and very courteous. I am bumping the review up to 3 stars, but I wish the office staff demonstrated the same level of customer service as the technicians!

I had a really unusual experience here, I've never had anything quite like it. I was running errands and popped in to see prices on Big Green Eggs. Prices were not listed, and I had to ask several times before someone actually quoted me prices on two different models. I asked about delivery and got, "if we're in the area on another job we'll deliver it, sure." I proceed again about a delivery price, say, now, with no success.

Bought our large Green Egg there. Staff is experienced and helpful with GE users. Setup was done by them with delivery. Good choice of accessories. Price was GE competitive. Two years later they continue to be helpful. Had a firebox with a crack, life time warranty made replacement easy. NIce dealing with hand-shake kind of people.

I bought a wood burning stove for my new mountain cabin from Innovations and was not satisfied with the service or professionalism of the organization. I don't recommend them.
They carry a nice brand of wood stove; so, the product was good, but the process after my deposit was abysmal. After the initial visit from the installation crew, my contractor called me to express how uncomfortable he was with the job they did.
