We are moving into a new (to us) house and need the carpets cleaned. To be honest, we need the carpets replaced. The previous owners had dogs, cats, kids, and apparently a small army of the soldiers who march around relentlessly. I called a couple providers in the area and Roy offered the best value and timing. When he arrived, he didn’t try to upsell me but he did help me figure out which room was the source of a pet odor and needed a deodorizing treatment. Roy was professional, prompt, and friendly. It was a joy to work with him and I won’t hesitate to call him in the future for big and small

Patient, kind, communicates very well, and the job was done wonderfully! I have a lot of kiddos and my carpets and tile weren't in the best condition. These guys did such an amazing job. The carpets are spot free and feel so fluffy. My tiles have no stickiness or residue what so ever. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to everyone. Thank yall so much.

My carpets were looking hopeless after 12 years of cats and my own feeble attempts at vacuuming and shampooing with consumer grade equipment. I was ready to pull them and start over with wood floors. After seeing what on the spot could do, i realized that the carpet was not worn out, just filthy. They look great and we will continue to enjoy them for another 10 years.

I would highly recommend On the Spot Carpet Cleaning. Roy the owner and off duty firefighter is professional, prompt and very courteous. He repaired several areas of carpet that needed to be stretched and carpet cleaned the entire house (4000 sq ft) in four hours. He was on-time and reasonably priced. Any time I need carpet cleaning or repair, Roy and On the Spot Carpet Cleaning will be my first call.
