I cannot thank Bryan and the Premier team enough for the superb service and dedication to helping me create my dream home. If I could give the team 1,000 stars, I would. I was stuck between looking for a subpar apartments and over paying someone for the next 10 years of my life or taking a loan out to build in the… backyard of my mother’s home. After speaking with Bryan, my decision was finally made!

What can i say. Premier builders helped me from start to end. I am a first time business owner and needed to do some construction at my shop to meet city + state requirements. As some may know, this could contradict each other’s rules and regulations. Daniel Try was in charge of my project.
What made me decide to go with Premier was that i wanted them to come and check out the property prior to me signing the lease. The leasing agent had said the property was 1400 sqft, Daniel came in and measured the place and found out that the property was not as stated in the lease and was only 1120 sqft

Well, it's been over 3.5 years since Bryan did an excellent job with creating my backyard.
Unfortunately, yesterday I discovered a joint from an extension pipe started to leak, which was getting my stucco wet. The extension pipe was installed as part of my irrigation system.
At first, I called a plumber, but the plumber was unwilling to fix it. Not knowing what to do, I called Bryan. Bryan had his team out within 3 hours to fix the leak! Talk about customer service! I was very worried that I wouldn't be able to get someone out to my place for at least a couple of days. Bryan guarantees his work

Bid was very reasonable. Premier got to the job within a week and finished in 2 days. I asked them to redo my flagstone patio, add an additional cement extension and build a cinder block smoker. The workmanship was superb and results were more than I could have hoped for. Finally, they cleaned everything better than they found it. I will use them again and recommend them with zero reservations.

I can guarantee that you will not find a more honest, hard working, thorough and diligent crew than Bryan and his team. The price is very reasonable as well for the quality of work provided.

Premier Builder is a great company to work with. From the start, getting appointment with Bryan is straight forward and easy setup. He showed up on time, went over the project and didn't put any pressure on me. Any questions that I have, I can always text him and response are immediately. I appreciate the dedication that he put into his company.
We signed our contract and work began immediately. Any hiccup or problems or questions, he will handle it and take care of it for us.

Premier Builders & Hardscape has done work that exceeded my expectations. I'm actually a cabinet maker and do fine woodworking and know quality doesn't get delivered by just any contractor. After the first meeting with the owner Bryan Ha, it was obvious he would do quality work and deliver on time. His prices were reasonable especially considering the level of quality they delivered. My wife was even happy with the whole process because they efficiently finished the concrete work and all finishing touches in a timely manner.
