We've had them out twice now for repair work. Both times they were available very quickly, the person who came out was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the price was fair. You can't ask for much more than that.

The spring broke on my garage door opener and I was unable to manually open the door. I called at 1:20 pm, they sent someone right away and the door was repaired and functioning by 2:10 pm!! Excellent service by Mark S. and the gal who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and was able to help diagnosis the problem immediately. I have had them out here several times over the years and have always been completely satisfied with their service! Highly recommend!!

Amazing customer service!! Joy was so patient with all of my questions and I never felt pressured to upgrade or place an order quickly. They worked with us by giving addresses of other homes with the styles of doors we were looking at. They let us take our time in making our decision, but always there with answers to our questions. The installer, John, showed up on the scheduled day! HUGE PLUS! He was considerate, kind, and didn't mind the kids watching him work or asking him questions. It was one of the hottest days of summer and John continued to work hard. We are in love with our new garage
