Every single person that work for this company is unprofessional, from the receptionist to the actual contractors that they use. No one takes responsibility for them being unorganized. Don’t waste your money with them, find yourself a real professional contractor. They have came to my home several times for several things, this time my tub leaking in my kitchen again, and do you know my ceiling keeps opening right back up from the work not being done correctly. This is the third time within months. Trust me I’m saving you from months of headaches, your welcome!

The work is good. However, the estimator didn't do a good job. He agreed to do a couple items for me but didn't put them in the contract. The result is I am surprised to find out it would cost hundreds of dollar more for works that I thought already included in the estimate. I wish the company would be more professional in giving estimate to new customers.

Handyman on Call is phenomenal! I originally had an appointment a couple weeks out, but they were able to complete my repairs much sooner. Mike is such a kind, knowledgeable plumber and his work was great. Anyone I spoke with in the office, mostly Amber, were friendly and listened to my needs. I loved the payment options for easier transactions. I highly recommend their services!

Update: the leak we have is from our other bathroom. Handyman did come out to investigate and give us a price on what the repair would cost.

I had written a previous review and looked forward to Handyman on Call doing our next job, 2nd bathroom. The whole experience was horrendous. This was for a full bathroom remodel. They insisted on up front money only to wait about 3 months to "get on their schedule". We should have hired the 2nd company we interviewed who did timely and neat/professional work. The work took about 2 months to complete. I tried to avoid posting this until now

Benjamin came to my home to give us an estimate to concrete our basement stairwell in the back yard. He was honest in telling us that our stairwell was sturdy and didn't need any concrete. He sealed up some cracks in the concrete in our yard. We were thinking that we had to get a part of the yard redone with new concrete, but he advised us that sealing the cracks would be all that we needed. He saved us a lot of money, and the service was very reasonable. I will be using Handyman On Call again to hang a ceiling fan in my bedroom and to put a new light fixture on my front porch. I highly recommend

We needed an old cedar shake shingle roof removed and a new one installed. I put the roof on with my Dad who was a roofer over 30 years ago. Since I am 30 years older I did not feel steady enough to do the roof this time. The shingles were rotten. There is a specific way hand split cedar shakes need to be installed. On day one the 3 man crew removed the rotten shingles and started replacing the new cedar shakes. When they left I went out to pick up any nails or pieces of shingles they didn't pick up. To my surprise there wasn't any! One of the workers, named Jimmy came back the next 2 days to finish
