I had Charlie come out to check an issue I was having with my antique furnace. While taking care of my issue, we discussed my getting a new furnace.. I agreed it was time. To my surprise, they were available the following Monday to do the installation. The guys, Adam and Juan arrived on time. They gave me an estimated install completion time, 3:00 and began working right away. They offered to bring me portable heaters since I would be without heat most of the day. I contacted GR Metro for a quote to repair or replace a hot water heater in a small commercial location. They charged me $89 to come out to look at my heater to quote me a replacement. When Charlie arrived, initially he told me that he couldn't even offer a quote because he didn't do commercial locations and didn't know how to access hot water heaters that weren't on the ground. That was frustrating as they knew my location was a small business when I called to book. When you think of the top HVAC companies in West Michigan you have to think of GrMetro. I had a new system put in (furnace and AC unit). I had a couple other companies out for a bidding purposes and they don’t compare to GrMetro in terms of their customer service, product quality, and cost. If something wasn’t right or how you wanted they made sure to make it right. They made sure the cost was reasonable as well. Most affordable in the area! I would recommend Charlie and the rest of the GrMetro crew to anybody in West Michigan.

Dwight bent over backwards to make sure that I had the best service, products, and overall value possible! He and his team did a fantastic job of installing a new HVAC system, including a new thermostat, air purifier, and humidifier, in addition to the furnace and a/c units. They even brought our water heater up to code at no charge. The furnace was slightly lifted off the floor (and it was also placed in a large drip pan) so that no water would get into it if the basement had a water leak. Charlie came earlier than the time frame, which was great! He gave me a free estimate and was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Later in the day Adam and Sam came to install the water heater. Adam was very knowledgeable and professional, answering all of my questions and took lots of time with me to explain everything. What a crew! Clean up was perfect, booties were worn, rugs were laid down for floor protection, and they brought a vacuum. I highly recommend this team!

Starting with the free quote and through the installation of my new air conditioner and furnace, these guys were absolutely amazing. Mark, Charlie, Sam and Adam were some of the MOST professional, informative and sweet young men I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only was the customer service exceptional, the prices were reasonable. I won't call anyone else for this type of work. Thanks to you all. ( I forgot to mention that they gave me the quote late Thursday afternoon and worked in my installation in the very next day. 80+ temps with my poor dogs in the house. They were lifesavers

My AC unit stopped working on the hottest day we have had so far this year. Not only did they respond to my call/service email first thing in the morning they were early to service the unit! My AC unit is now working better than it was before and I was able to sign up on a maintenance plan with them for service throughout the year. I would 100% recommend GR Metro Heating and Cooling. To add the technicians explained everything they were doing in a way that was easy to understand. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable.

I have used GRMetro because they were local. We had a furnace that was in disrepair in February and was in need of one ASAP. Safety protocol were used in making sure they wore booties so not to get dirt from outside in our home as well as were a mask.
Adam one of the technicians was great in explaining the process and what needed to happen to get the furnace in. There was a problem with the Furnace when they put it in from the factory and they replaced it in 2 days. This was Great and Dwight the owner called me to discuss the issue and when it would be replaced.
