Choosing Signature Dream homes to remodel our home was a perfect decision. Eric gave us great information on the design and the structural issues that needed to be addressed due to the age of our home. We ended up with two new beautiful bathrooms, a huge walk in closet, a new fireplace, hardwood floors, new paint throughout the house and a remodeled kitchen. Each decision to be made was carefully explained. The men and women that came to our home were extremely professional and knowledgeable about their piece of the remodel. We hired Rick Oliver/Signature Dreams Homes to build a two-story, two-room addition to our house and are extremely happy with the results. The lower level of the addition is a sunroom and the upper level is a large master bath. Additionally our master bedroom was reconfigured to incorporate two walk-in closets, a laundry closet and hallway with window.
Rick Oliver is an honest builder who requires all sub-contractors (plumbers, electricians and tillers) to meet his high standards of workmanship.

Wow! Our new screened porch is wonderful. Our expectations have been exceeded! Mr. Oliver was able to take our wishes, insert his experience and vision, and then make our dream a reality. The entire construction process was smooth as can be, from the initial meeting to the final nail. The crew was totally professional and detail oriented. A pleasure to work with. Signature Dream Homes exceeded expectations on our complete kitchen remodel. Because ours is an older home, there were lots of tricky parts. Rick Oliver's team excelled at every step. Best of all, he is honest and up front about pricing. He won't low ball the estimate and then try to hit you with change orders later like many contractors do. Highly recommend without reservation!
