E have had our new countertops and full backsplash for about a week now and I couldn’t be happier. From start to finish Rocky Top was everything I had hoped they would be. The staff let us take our time looking at different styles, stones, and options. They provided instant quotes and estimates on price, availability, template scheduling, and installation.

We were a repeat customer, first time everything went great.
This time not so much. The square foot estimate was off by 50 square feet, they had our cabinet layout to measure from. The sale price ended up 30% higher than the quote, fortunately we had the means to cover this increase.
The installer had to notch out around an electrical outlet, but refuse to give a filler piece to place below the cover plate, leaving a void that looks awful.
The overhang at either end of our Island is not uniform, 1/2 inch at one end and an inch at the other.
Communication with managers was non existent.

Jasmine and the crew here is awesome. Jasmine helped us pick out our granite for our kitchen and we couldn’t be more pleased. Cody the template technician was very knowledgeable and told us what we needed to do to extend the countertop to the wall for us to have a contractor supply adequate bracing. Alex and his install crew put in the granite and made sure we were happy with the results before he left our property. All around great experience. Would definitely recommend.

Jasmine at Rocky Tops was amazing! She was so helpful and patient as I changed my direction a few times trying to find the right solid surface for my kitchen. Her easy going manner and great communication made the experience less stressful for sure. In the end I decided on black honed granite with a quartz island. (Photos below). I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! Once I made my selection, it was a very quick turn around time. The guys who came out to measure and later install our countertop were on-time, clean, and courteous. They knew what they were doing and their measurements were

Love our new counter tops. Jasmine was AWESOME! She showed us all the tops paying close attention to our reactions then helped us decide which one. She also marked the areas we wanted saved within the top. It came out perfect. The installers also did a wonderful job. They removed the old tile tops and installed the new with minimal mess. We highly recommend Rocky Top and Jasmine.

Rocky Tops was the last stop on our search for the perfect countertops and we found exactly what we were looking for.
The price was about the same as all of the other places in the area, but they had a much bigger selection on site. They have a lot of "free" options and a huge selection of add on options for just the perfect look.
The selection to installation process took about a week. Everyone was great to work with- friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and efficient.

This is an update on my last review. I spoke with Ruddy at Rocky Top, He apologized for the ball being dropped on us and that it wasn’t intentional and would do what he could to make it right and make me happy. He made an appointment with us to correct the issue. He came over at the time of the appointment. He had me show him the issues and started working on them right away.
