Carpet is anything but clean . Had it cleaned July 5, he left and it was saturated ! Smelled so musty and bad . Called them back and they blamed it on the humidity . We have humidity this week , not when I had it done . They came back yesterday to spray "something to kill enzymes " carpet stinks as bad as ever ! I left message with answering service that I DO NOT want phone call back from them but I would like some kind of check in the mail for refund ! Worse ecery cleaning job !!
