Had an appointment for dishwasher installation that was confirmed via best buy and MN plumbing and home services's text template. There was a snow storm this afternoon which made me figure the installation appointment would be cancelled. What made me immediately lose faith in this business however was that the window came and went and now two hours later I have no follow up. It's one thing to cancel for this sort of weather, totally understandable. It's entirely different to leave your client in the dark about this being the case. Just bought a new dishwasher from Best Buy. This company was contracted to do the installation that I paid for through Best Buy. Received several emails from Best Buy leading up to the appointment date, and got a text message confirming the appointment directly from MN Plumbing and Home Services the day before. On appointment day, given a 10am-1pm window. It's now 3:00pm. No one showed up. No one called. MN Plumbing and Home Services won't answer their phone. Completely unprofessional to just not show up for the installation appointment and no communication about it whatsoever.

I purchased a new garbage disposal at Home Depot in Plymouth without knowing who would install it. A couple of days later I received a friendly text from Manda of MN Plumbing & Home Services. We quickly arranged a good time for the install and she let me know that their tech Bob would be doing the work. Bob called me on the scheduled day and let me know when he would arrive. He wore a mask while in my home and cleaned up after himself. Work was done very quickly and Bob made friendly conversation throughout. The new disposal works great. Shout out to your knowledge of crochet stitches, Bob!

This company came out regardless of me canceling my appointment earlier and calling to confirm. The workers came out and took my appliances and did a service I no longer needed. The manger Michelle was very rude and did not apologize nor tried to work with me. She basically said it’s your fault for letting us in the door and was blaming me for not directly talking to her to cancel. I called the same number when I made the appointment, it makes no sense! I would not recommend this company at all, it is the worst! She should not even be a manager what a piece of work.

Bought a new Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy and these guys are contracted to install and remove the old unit.
We didn’t expect additional costs of $150 to install a shut off value and air hammer under the sink.
The installers said they would need to collect that money first before they could hook up our new dishwasher so we agreed because we already paid for the installation cost of $170 through Best Buy and needed a dishwasher ASAP.
They arrived on time, slightly earlier than expected which was great. Overall the service was great, we just didn’t expect the additional cost which would be

I have the same complaint as the other reviewers who bought appliances from Best Buy. I was definitely not expecting an additional bill of $412. As has been said before you are caught between a rock and a hard place. The installers said they weren't trying to sell me anything I didn't need, and said I could get a handyman to come in and hook up the washer, but then I wouldn't have a washer for who knows how long. After reading the reviews I concur that this company definitely over sells and over charges. I think Best Buy should let their customers know that they should expect an additional charge

A few months ago, we bought a dishwasher from Best Buy and MN Plumbing & Home Service was their 3rd party installer. I was on a work call when they first arrived, so they took one look at my 77 year old father and my wife and daughter and tried to upsell them on $400 of plumbing work. When we turned them down, they refused to install the dishwasher and refused to remove and haul away the old one (which we'd also paid for). My father-in-law came the next day, installed the washer just fine, no plumbing needed at all. Works great. MN Plumbing tried to tell Best Buy they couldn't install the dishwasher
