I used magic maid services for the first time this week and it was a great experience, the maids were polite and professional ! I am a mother of 4 with 2 jobs so I was behind on cleaning lol The weight they took off me with that deep clean was much needed 😊 I actually enjoyed it so much I signed up for monthly cleanings ! Two cleaning technicians arrived at my home not wearing masks. I asked if they were vaccinated and they weren't. They masked up and did a good job cleaning. Their employer advised that her employees health care decisions were personal and she was protecting that. We texted back and forth. I told her she was responsible for advising clients beforehand that technicians weren't vaccinated. The website led me to believe they were taking covid precautions seriously. My chat with the owner/ manager indicated otherwise. I can't think of a better way to spread the virus then sending unvaccinated

We have had the services of Magic Maids for several months. We are more than pleased with the work of Shannon. The quality of her work is outstanding, and the house has never been cleaner. She is friendly, personable, and professional who always has a smile on her face. It is very obvious that she loves her work. We have dogs, and she is so good with them. They adore her. The crew arrived on time. They were very friendly and wanted to go over the spaces to be cleaned to make sure they understood exactly want I wanted. They did a good quality job and finished slightly quicker then expected. The house looks great. I'd recommend Magic Maids to anyone.

I just want to thank Magic Maids for cleaning my home to my expectations and consistently doing so. I truly believe they clean every home like it's their own and with little to no direction from you so you can focus on working from home or helping your kids with school during this crazy Covid time.
I suggest using the money you're saving in fuel and vacations right now and give back to yourself with hours per month of cleaning! If/when the world returns to normal and you're busy outside your home, they'll still be there for you so you get to come home to a clean home and RELAX after the hectic

I spoke with the manager/also the owner of Magic Maids business. I stressed I needed help with deep cleaning and asked about cleaning windows/sills, cleaning inside/outside of doors, mopping floors (including finished basement tiled floors (the rest of basement area was carpeted/already clean). I paid $320.00 for cleaning of kitchen, 31/2 baths, mopped floors in kitchen and 3 bathrooms. 2 ladies worked together for 61/2 hours, one lady left but was replaced . There was so much left to do. One lady was thorough but slow, another lady talked a lot, the other was inexperienced. They were all
