Flavio installed an Attic Ladder in my home. It was an unusually small opening and I had a difficult time finding someone to do the job. His price was expensive however I did not have the time to do it myself and it was something that was necessary. He was very nice and polite. I rarely use the ladder but wanted it as my furnace was located in the attic and in the event it needed to be serviced there had to be reasonable access to it. It turns out he installed the ladder spring arm backward. So in short he is expensive and not careful. I contacted him several times and never heard back.

I used this company to build a new wall in our home. The owner, Flavio, came over promptly for an estimate, which was very reasonable. We were able to schedule work within the month and he even called to say they could start earlier as he finished a previous job quicker than expected. He and two workers came on time, worked steadily, and cleaned up completely. The work was well done. Flavio was present at the beginning of the day, left to get more materials, and helped out the last hour. The workers were courteous. They were great for my job.
