I called All Hours Energy at 8:30pm when our heat and hot water went out on a freezing cold Sunday night, they returned my call within minutes and a technician named Juan was there within an hour. Juan was a true professional; wiped his feet at the door, introduced himself and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem as a bad pump within minutes and had a spare pump on his truck, replaced the pump, made sure the system was up and running and had the heat back by 10:30pm! Thank God! All Hours Energy, you are lucky to have Juan and we are lucky to have All Hours Energy. Great job! Thank you.

Tech showed up at 1045 for an 8 am appointment.
No call from the shop.
Questioned tech about delay.
He said Im a new customer and I'm far from the shop.
All Hours should have told me to expect a 2 hour 45 minute delay, rescheduled me or should have refused the job outright if my location was unacceptable.
Techs attitude was take it or leave it.

Honestly the most unpleasant and unprofessional company I've dealt with. They charge for parts covered under warranty, charge more than 3 times the fair market prices, say you need a new furnace when you don't and enter your premises without prior consent. All this and they NEVER apologize or assume any culpability. Don't waste your money using them.

Sadly, the biggest rip off I've ever dealt with. I was charged for parts under warranty, told I needed a new furnace when I didn't, and charged over 3 times fair market prices for parts the manufacturer told me did not need to be replaced during a regularly scheduled maintenance call because they were functioning properly. I would NEVER recommend this company and pity those who rely on them for fair and professional service.

Got AC's up and running but cost triple what I was originally told it would be and required technicians to come three times over a month and left me with no air in heart of the summer. Never got back to me unless I hounded them. Over billed for hours that I called them out on and rather then apologize for the entire ordeal (No AC for a month, not calling back, charging way more then originally told and over billing hours) just said we'll adjust the bill how do you wanna pay it. AC is working so that's good but rest of experience was not ideal (far from it).

My AC failed during one of the hotter days in this year.
Scheduling: I called and one of their techs was available to come by the next day. The tech arrived an hour earlier than anticipated, which was fine since I was working from home and appreciated the AC over waiting.
The service: my condenser was not working, but my air handling unit in the attic was running, so the tech didn't need to come inside the house to check on that. The tech replaced the capacitor, and the job lasted no more than 20 minutes.
The price: there was a slight mark up on the capacitor, and i was charged for the full

This is one super competent company. Here’s why:
I had a crazy problem with our hot water boiler. The circulator pump was getting no power from the aquastat. I have a lot of plumbing experience, so i bought a new aquastat and wired it just like the old one. But System still did not work. After a plumber & a boiler technician were not able to figure out what was wrong, i called All Hours Energy.. The technician (Paul) arrived & was able to diagnose and fix the problem in less than a half hour! It doesn’t get any better than that—I strongly recommend this company!

Had a Navien combi which was installed post Sandy by some off the boat Polish plumbers who had never seen let alone install the on-demand system. From the get go it never worked properly. I was told it was finally terminal by John at All Hours Energy. Within 24 hrs he gave me three options and although we were without heat for 3 days (over a weekend) he had us up and warm on Monday.
Extremely professional, on time and clean. I would highly recommend - All Hours Energy for any of your HVAC needs.

Moved into a new home and installed this NCB-240 Combi Boiler because it was supposed to give me unlimited hot water and heating and reduce my bills.... So far it's given me a TON of problems. I went through 3 other plumbers before settling with All Hours Energy as my main service provider. Their pricing is VERY REASONABLE, and Juan Carlo knows the machines and is very helpful. Though i'm not a fan of this boiler, glad I was able to find All hours energy technician to actually help me fix some of the issues.

To make a real long story short, I had a Navien combo boiler installed several months ago by a company that I have been using for years. After the son took over, The professionalism of that company became non existent. My boiler started leaking and for many weeks, this kid had every excuse for why he couldn't come and fix it. It got to the point where I think he blocked me and I was unable to make contact anymore.

Absolutely despicable. Called them for emergency service since my house has no heat. Navien, the company that makes my boiler, is sending me the three way valve that is causing my problems but it won't get here until Tuesday. I asked if they could swap it out today so my pipes (and family) don't freeze and I would replace the valve when it comes in on Tuesday (I offered to drive it out to their warehouse). Even though they have the part in stock they were unwilling to do this since they had no guarantee that I would give them the one from the company when it came in. This is after I explained

Hi. yesterday my A/C had an issue . I called All hours at 2 pm. By 3 pm they had someone at my door . Paul.. awesome guy . Very knowledgeable, Kind, professional, explained what he was doing and what he found... Fixed the issue in 30 min... I've used All Hours for 5 years now for both my heat and AC. In fact, they installed a whole new AC system in my house a few years ago and they did a great job. They are prompt, professional, honest and always on call when you need them - I've called them with no heat and they were at my house within 90 minutes. I highly recommend them!
