Worst Experience with a landscaper we have ever had. Their work quality was poor throughout the entire process. They have zero respect for the clients time. Multiple times towards the end of the project Conner (the owner) scheduled a walk thru with us. Every time about an hour prior to our meeting time he would end up pushing back the meeting time by a couple hours and then end up not coming at all. He would just send one of his employees.

This was a less than pleasant experience. Poor communication on when they would arrive to complete the project. Was always told would be "A week from the following Monday"
When asked to cancel part of the original project with six weeks advanced notice, was hit with restocking fees, return fees, none of which are even mentioned in agreement, and cost of remaining project suddenly equaled the original deposit amount plus more, and was not notified of revised proposal until after 'completed'. This was the worst experience we have ever had with a contractor. We do NOT recommend Proscape. We recently settled on a final bill so we could end our business relationship with them and get them off our property. Proscape was hired to build two retaining walls in our back yard, but a portion is so crooked it has to be removed and rebuilt. They tore up four times as much yard as they estimated. We are unhappy with the quality of several other items in the contract. We learned of financial issues from suppliers because Proscape was late in paying bills, which caused delays to our project.
