I was pleasently surprised by this local store. Normally I shop exclusively online but I figured i'd swing in for some opinions and to see what they carried. Not only were they a dealer for the brand I was interested in, but they were the same price as all the big online stores, if not cheaper. I regretfully forget the name of the gentleman who helped me both days I visited but he was very friendly and knowledgable. I'll definitely be returning to this store for all future soundsystem purchases.

The service I received from Hi Tech was second to none. I called the store inquiring about a theater projector problem I was having in one of the vacation homes I manage. Field Mead answered my call and took the time to actually hear my questions and concerns. Although Hi tech didn’t have what I needed in stock, Field was able to provide me with a temporary solution while I wait for parts to arrive. Joe in the service department came out and installed and got the the projector up and working before the guests arrived. Joe even left his cell phone number for the guests Incase they ran into problems

I recently contacted them to help me in setting up my home theatre and I could not be more pleased. They showed up, offered good advice on the best ways to proceed and then started the project. They were professional and were very respectful of our property and cleaned up beyond expectations. I would highly recommend them.
